Non-native to United States (Hybrid of native China Magnolias)
Leaf Arrangement and Shape:
Alternate with simple, non-lobed oval leaves
Fruit Type:
Cone-like aggregate of follicles
Maximum Height:
26 feet

The beautiful large and fragrant flowers are goblet shaped and white or pink with a streak of either purple or pink. Leaves are a dark green color, although there are many hybrids of Saucer Magnolia.
