Leaf Arrangement and Shape:
Alternate with simple, thick and shiny green leaves
Fruit Type:
Cone-like aggregate of follicles (3 to 4 inches)
Maximum Height:
80 feet

Evergreen leaves have rusty colored hairs on the underneath side. They have large, white, and fragrant flowers.
